When you have dealt with stressful conditions for many decades, your body becomes attuned to stress, i.e., you go into autopilot. Some people find this hard to do, but I have the mindset to push stress to the back of my mind. I don't let it control me; I control it. I have worked in very stressful jobs during my life, which would drive most people crazy. What I am trying to say is that I treat stress as a tool, not a burden. In this way, stress can invigorate you, thus providing you with incentive, which gets the job done without unduly straining your system. I tend to laugh a lot, joke a lot, talk a lot, when I am working.

31:16
Great addition!

33:45
